Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Carolyn Tricoche is an accomplished Educational Training Consultant with almost two decades of experience in early childhood education and family support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Elementary Education, providing her with a strong foundation to enhance educational quality and support services for children and families. As a certified bilingual program specialist, Carolyn excels in fostering connections and improving educational programs, ensuring children and parents have the resources they need to thrive.
Carolyn’s extensive experience includes serving as a Bilingual Program Specialist for the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Head Start, where she monitored and evaluated grantee programs while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Carolyn was the Family Support Coordinator at The Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers, where she engaged families and facilitated smooth transitions for children between educational settings. A recognized leader in her field, Carolyn actively participates in professional organizations and initiatives that promote diversity and family involvement in education, remaining dedicated to empowering children and families through her work. As a BFTS Approved Trainer, a CDA Specialist, and a DEI Certified Trainer, these certifications highlight Carolyn’s expertise in providing high-quality, inclusive educational training across various settings.
